Privacy Policy.

What this website collects, who receives it, and how to ask for it back. It is short because this site does very little.

Effective 4 September 2026 Applies to rubyfremon.com

The short version

If you don’t write to us, this website collects nothing about you at all.

There is no analytics on this site and no advertising or tracking pixels. Nothing follows you between pages and nothing follows you off it.

One page sets cookies. Threshold carries a Calendly scheduler, and it loads with the page, so simply opening that page puts Calendly’s cookies in your browser and contacts Stripe, which Calendly uses for payment. You do not have to book, or click anything, for that to happen. It is the only page on this site that does it, and clause 04 says exactly what is set.

If you do use the contact form, we get your name, your email, your message, and whether you ticked the box asking for marketing. That goes to HubSpot, which is the system Ruby uses to answer people. We don’t sell it, and we don’t send you marketing unless you ticked the box.

The detail is below, and the detail agrees with this. The Terms + Conditions are the other half of the pair.

01

Who this is about

This policy is issued by Ruby Fremon LLC and covers the website at rubyfremon.com. Where it says “we” or “us”, it means Ruby Fremon LLC.

It covers this website only. It does not cover what happens inside a coaching, bodywork or Equìa session, or a retreat, which are governed by the agreement you sign for that work.

02

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form and choose to send:

First and last name
Required, so we know who we are replying to.
Email address
Required, and the only way we can answer you.
Your message
Optional. Whatever you choose to write.
Marketing consent
Whether you ticked the box. Unticked is the default and it stays unticked unless you tick it.

That is the entire list. This website has no accounts, no logins, no shopping cart, and takes no payments, so there is nothing else for it to hold.

Your browser and our host will also produce ordinary server records, such as the address a request came from, in the normal course of serving a web page. We do not build these into profiles and we do not use them to identify you.

03

What this site does not do

These are statements about how this website is actually built, and they were checked against its source:

No cookies of our own
This site sets none anywhere. Cookies do appear on one page: the Calendly scheduler on Threshold loads with that page and sets its own — see clause 04, which lists them.
No analytics
No Google Analytics, no Tag Manager, no alternative. We do not count you.
No tracking pixels
No advertising or social pixels of any kind.
No browser storage
Nothing is written to local storage or session storage.
No cross-site tracking
Because there is nothing here doing the tracking.
No sale of personal information
We do not sell it, rent it, or trade it.

If any of that changes, this policy changes with it and the effective date at the top changes too. It has changed twice. On the day it was published, the Threshold page brought the site's first third-party embed with it, and that embed was then made click-to-load. On 4 September 2026 the scheduler was set to load with the page instead, which is why the line about cookies above is narrower than it used to be: the site still sets none of its own, but Threshold no longer waits to be asked.

04

Who else receives your information

Five third parties are involved in this website, and only one of them ever receives anything you typed:

HubSpot
Receives your contact form submission and stores it as a contact record, which is how Ruby answers you and how marketing email is sent if you asked for it. HubSpot is a processor acting on our instructions. This site posts your submission directly to HubSpot’s form API and does not load HubSpot’s tracking script, so HubSpot does not follow you around this site and sets no cookie here.
Google Fonts
The typeface on this site is served by Google, which means your browser requests a file from Google and Google can see your IP address when it does. No information you typed is involved.
Calendly
Loads with the page. The scheduler on the Threshold page — the only page with one — is fetched as that page opens. Nothing is asked of you first. Until 4 September 2026 it waited for a button; it no longer does.
Opening Threshold therefore contacts calendly.com and Stripe, which Calendly uses for payment, and puts Calendly’s cookies in your browser. Measured on 4 September 2026 in a browser that blocks third-party cookies: two, both from calendly.com, one of them a consent record lasting about twelve months. A browser that permits third-party cookies will receive more, including Stripe’s, because the scheduler is the same page Calendly would serve you directly.
If you go on to book, Calendly receives the name, email and any answers you give it. What they do with all of that is governed by their privacy policies, not ours.
Vimeo
Loads only if you press play. One of the two video testimonials on Client Praise is hosted by Vimeo. Its player is not fetched when the page opens; it arrives when you press play, and it is requested with Vimeo’s Do Not Track setting, under which the player sets no cookies and records no session. The other video on that page is served from this site and involves nobody else. Measured on 4 September 2026: opening Client Praise contacts Vimeo not at all.
Our hosting provider
Serves these pages and keeps ordinary server records, as any web host does.

Some links leave this site — the application form on Let’s Journey goes to Typeform, and the book links go to Amazon and Audible. Those are their sites, under their own privacy policies, and nothing is shared with them unless you click through and use them.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

05

Why we use it

To reply to you, and to have the context of what you originally wrote when we do. That is the purpose you gave it to us for.

And, only if you ticked the box, to send you other communications about Ruby’s work. If you did not tick it, you will not get those.

06

Marketing, and stopping it

You can withdraw consent at any time and it takes effect for everything that follows. Every marketing email we send carries an unsubscribe link, and one click is enough.

You can also ask us directly through the contact form. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop us replying to a message you sent us.

07

How long we keep it

We keep what you send for as long as we need it to answer you and to keep a record of the conversation, and for as long as you remain subscribed if you asked for marketing. You can ask us to delete it sooner — see clause 08.

Awaiting a decision

A specific retention period belongs in this clause and has not been set. Until Ruby decides one, this clause describes the purpose rather than stating a number, because inventing a number here would be a commitment made on her behalf.

08

Your rights over your information

Whatever jurisdiction you are in, you can ask us to:

Tell you what we hold
A copy of the information we have about you.
Correct it
If something we hold about you is wrong.
Delete it
And we will, unless the law requires us to keep it.
Stop marketing
Immediately, and without giving a reason.

Ask at [email protected] or through the contact form. We will not charge you for asking and we will not treat you differently for having asked.

Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law — for example under the GDPR in the UK and EU, or the CCPA in California. Where those apply, they apply in addition to what is written here, and nothing in this policy is intended to limit them.

09

Children

This website is intended for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from a child. If you believe a child has sent us something, tell us through the contact form and we will delete it.

10

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the revised version is published on this page and the effective date at the top of it changes. There is no archive of previous versions; the date is how you know whether what you are reading is current.

11

How to reach us

About anything in this policy, including a request under clause 08, either write to [email protected] or use the contact form. Both reach Ruby directly.

Awaiting a decision

A postal address for formal legal notice, and the governing law and venue for disputes, belong in this clause. Both are Ruby’s to decide and neither has been invented here.

This policy describes how this website is built, and every statement in clauses 03 and 04 was re-checked against the running site on 4 September 2026 — the pages were loaded and their cookies read back, sub-frames included. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer, and it is not legal advice. Before it is relied on, the two clauses marked above should be completed and the whole read by counsel.
