What this website collects, who receives it, and how to ask for it back. It is short because this site does very little.
If you don’t write to us, this website collects nothing about you at all.
There is no analytics on this site and no advertising or tracking pixels. Nothing follows you between pages and nothing follows you off it.
One page sets cookies. Threshold carries a Calendly scheduler, and it loads with the page, so simply opening that page puts Calendly’s cookies in your browser and contacts Stripe, which Calendly uses for payment. You do not have to book, or click anything, for that to happen. It is the only page on this site that does it, and clause 04 says exactly what is set.
If you do use the contact form, we get your name, your email, your message, and whether you ticked the box asking for marketing. That is emailed to Ruby through Web3Forms, which is how a message reaches her and how she replies. We don’t sell it. Writing to Ruby does not put you on her email list. You join that list only if you tick the box, or if you fill in the form on the Community page; either way it is Kit that holds the subscription, and every email carries an unsubscribe link. Clause 05 says who holds what.

This policy is issued by Ruby Fremon LLC and covers the website at rubyfremon.com. Where it says “we” or “us”, it means Ruby Fremon LLC.
It covers this website only. It does not cover what happens inside a coaching, bodywork or Equìa session, or a retreat, which are governed by the agreement you sign for that work.
Only what you type into the contact form and choose to send:
That is the entire list. This website has no accounts, no logins, no shopping cart, and takes no payments, so there is nothing else for it to hold.
Your browser and our host will also produce ordinary server records, such as the address a request came from, in the normal course of serving a web page. We do not build these into profiles and we do not use them to identify you.
These are statements about how this website is actually built, and they were checked against its source:
If any of that changes, this policy changes with it and the effective date at the top changes too. It has changed three times. On the day it was published, the Threshold page brought the site's first third-party embed with it, and that embed was then made click-to-load. On 4 September 2026 the scheduler was set to load with the page instead, which is why the line about cookies above is narrower than it used to be: the site still sets none of its own, but Threshold no longer waits to be asked. Between 8 September and 6 October 2026 every page on this site carried HubSpot’s tracking script. It set four cookies — __hstc, hubspotutk, __hssrc and __hssc — and it did follow you from page to page, which the paragraphs above denied for as long as it was there. It was removed on 6 October 2026, when the forms moved to Kit. Those four cookies were set in your own browser and stay there until they expire or you clear them; nothing on this site reads them any more. Every statement above was re-measured on that date and is true again as written. On 7 October 2026 the contact form moved again, to Web3Forms, so that a message to Ruby is an email to Ruby rather than a mailing-list signup; for the day in between, writing to her did add you to the list, and this policy said so.
Six third parties are involved in this website, and only two of them ever receive anything you typed:
Some links leave this site — the application form on Let’s Journey goes to Typeform, and the book links go to Amazon and Audible. Those are their sites, under their own privacy policies, and nothing is shared with them unless you click through and use them.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
To reply to you, and to have the context of what you originally wrote when we do. That is the purpose you gave it to us for.
And, only if you ticked the box, to send you other communications about Ruby’s work. If you did not tick it, you will not get those.
You can withdraw consent at any time and it takes effect for everything that follows. Every marketing email we send carries an unsubscribe link, and one click is enough.
You can also ask us directly through the contact form. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop us replying to a message you sent us.
We keep what you send for as long as we need it to answer you and to keep a record of the conversation, and for as long as you remain subscribed if you asked for marketing. You can ask us to delete it sooner — see clause 08.
A specific retention period belongs in this clause and has not been set. Until Ruby decides one, this clause describes the purpose rather than stating a number, because inventing a number here would be a commitment made on her behalf.
Whatever jurisdiction you are in, you can ask us to:

Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law — for example under the GDPR in the UK and EU, or the CCPA in California. Where those apply, they apply in addition to what is written here, and nothing in this policy is intended to limit them.
This website is intended for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from a child. If you believe a child has sent us something, tell us through the contact form and we will delete it.
If this policy changes, the revised version is published on this page and the effective date at the top of it changes. There is no archive of previous versions; the date is how you know whether what you are reading is current.
About anything in this policy, including a request under clause 08, either write to [email protected] or use the contact form. Both reach Ruby directly.
A postal address for formal legal notice, and the governing law and venue for disputes, belong in this clause. Both are Ruby’s to decide and neither has been invented here.
This policy describes how this website is built, and every statement in clauses 03 and 04 was re-checked against the running site on 7 October 2026 — the pages were loaded and their cookies read back, sub-frames included. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer, and it is not legal advice. Before it is relied on, the two clauses marked above should be completed and the whole read by counsel.
