Sometimes, you need more than an hour.
You’ve done a lot of inner work. You’ve built a meaningful life. And
still, you can feel when something is asking for your attention.
Maybe you’re navigating a significant transition, questioning what you
want next, or reconsidering how you lead, work, relate, or live, or
maybe you simply know you need to step outside the pace and
expectations of everyday life long enough to hear yourself more
clearly.
A Private Retreat gives us four full days together in the quiet beauty
of Montana to do exactly that.
To slow down. To listen. To reconnect with what is true beneath the
roles you hold, the responsibilities you carry, and the pressure to
perform.
And because this retreat is private, our time together is shaped
entirely around you.
There is no predetermined curriculum. We may move between
somatic
work, time with the horses, coaching and mentorship, conversation,
movement, nature, adventure, rest, and integration. We may
explore something deeply personal, a relationship or life transition,
questions about your leadership or work, or what you’re being called
toward next.
We follow what is actually emerging, giving you the time, space, and
support to meet it fully.
